Steps Classes
Walking together requires people to agree on a direction…or they will find themselves at two different destinations. As a church family we are committed to walking together. God has given us a clear direction, and we want to ensure that we walk together, step-by-step, as we follow Christ. Every member is simply too important to God and us to get lost or left behind. We believe it is our responsibility to help every member take the next step in their spiritual journey, and we take this responsibility seriously. So how does a family, especially our size, ensure that every member is heading in the same direction? All new members complete a simple four-step process— our Steps Class series. These four Steps help every member discover the First Church family and how they can get involved and connected through Sunday School, Small Groups and service. There is value in these Steps for every member, regardless of age, stage in life, or spiritual maturity!Steps Classes begin every six weeks and run for four weeks in Room C110 Sunday mornings at 9:45a.m. Call the office at 667-0876 to register for this class.
