Life Groups
We are convinced more than ever that the best place for spiritual growth is in a small group of caring people. We hope that you will be involved in one of the many Life Groups that will be starting soon. While not replacing the small groups already in place at FUMC, we believe that Life Groups will strengthen our overall adult Christian formation ministry and fulfill our Church Council’s vision of small group formation.We also continue to pray for those who are called to lead Life Groups. A Life Group Leader will not be expected to be a teacher or Biblical scholar, a strong personality, the most popular person, or even an extrovert. Potential Life Group Leaders will be open to God, enjoy facilitating groups, understand how to shepherd people and enjoy seeing leadership and ministry multiply.
